63-year-old, had lower blepharoplasty and nano and micro fat transfer to full face.
She has excellent results and her full face looks rejuvenated so she doesn't look 63 years old at all her blepharoplasty was done transconjunctivally (through an inner incision) and the skin was tightened with pinch excision. Fat tissue was collected from the abdomen, processed into nanofat and micro fat, and reinjected into the critical areas of the face to achieve this result.
